A public site — landing, philosophy, AI-chatbot integration guide, Privacy, Support, and this changelog — goes live.

What shipped

  • Landing page with the core philosophy: ≤2-tap mid-set logging, Live Activity rest timer, watch-as-HR-strap, 90-second onboarding, no gamification, rehab-aware features.
  • Use with an AI chatbot — the workout JSON schema is now downloadable from the site so anyone can generate a training plan in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or any other chatbot and drop the result into iCloud.
  • App-Store-ready Privacy policy and a Support page with FAQ.
  • Public changelog with real commit dates.

The site ships on Cloudflare Pages (free tier, works with private repos).
